摘要
本文在对Modbus/TCP工业以太网技术深入研究的基础上,设计了一种基于Modbus/TCP协议的三层体系结构的工业控制系统,重点阐述了控制系统三层结构中过程管理层的控制组态、数据管理和数据通讯等各功能模块的设计,最后,以重庆某公司的锅炉汽包水位控制系统为例搭建平台进行验证,验证结果表明,本控制系统各项功能稳定可靠,能够满足控制系统性能设计要求。本文为工业控制系统直接应用于工业控制现场提供了一套可行的设计方案。
On the basis of studies on Modbus/TCP Protocol whose market share and application prospect rank the top in the market,A nwe kind of automation controlling system based on three-tier architectures of Modbus/TCP has been designed,in which some function modules such as configuration,data management and data communication are emphatically expounded.In the end,a water level adjustment control system of boiler steam bag is builded for a illustrative example.The results showed that the system was of high reliability and high stability,and can fully meet the performance requirement of control system.A feasibility design proposal for applying industry controlling system to the worksite has been provided.
