摘要
以嵌入式超薄碳糊(IUCP)前驱膜为基体,构建了单壁碳纳米管复合聚天青I修饰电极(SWNTs/AZ/IUCP/CME)。以扫描电镜表征其表面形貌,循环伏安法和微分伏安法考察其在黄嘌呤(XA)和次黄嘌呤(HXA)中的响应情况。实验表明,电极对XA和HXA的电化学反应表现出良好的增敏作用,采用微分伏安法测得XA和HXA的氧化峰电流分别与其浓度在2.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L和4.0×10-7~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限分别为6.0×10-7和2.8×10-8mol/L。此电极制备简单,可用于尿样中XA和HXA的同时电化学测定。
A single wall nanotubes(SWNTs) compound poly(azure I)(AZ) modified electrode was prepared at the inlaying ultra-thin carbon paste(IUCP) precursor film.Scanning electron microscope(SEM) and voltammetry were employed to characterize the configuration and electrochemical properties of the electrode.The resulting SWNTs/AZ/IUCPE exhibited excellent electrochemical response to xanthine(XA) and hypoxanthine(HXA).The oxidation peak currents of XA has good linear relationship in the concentration range of 2.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-4 mol/L,and that of HXA is 4.0×10-7 to 1.0×10-4mol/L.The detection limit is 6.0×10-7mol/L for XA and 2.8×10-8mol/L for HXA.The proposed electrode can be applied to simultaneous determination of of XA and HXA in human urine.
