自主:教师成长的专业化诉求 被引量:3

摘要 教师专业化已赋予了教师生命意义和自主成长意蕴,然而,由于外界元素的颇多干预,教师发展的自主、选择、自觉等特质未得到彰显。新形势下激起教师个体主动发展的自觉,尊重教师自由成长和发展的权利,把"自主"视为教师成长的途径和归宿,既是我们面对的重要课题,也是教师成长的专业化实然诉求。
