摘要
幼儿教师不仅应具备专业知识,而且应具备专业技能与实践智慧。全程实践教学是培养准幼儿教师专业技能与实践智慧,促进其尽快适应幼儿园岗位要求的有效途径。它以实践为核心概念,强调教学的实用性、开放性和职业性,重视在实验、实训、实习情境中建立知识与行动之间的联结。在内容体系的建构上,全程实践教学以学生职业能力培养为主线,通常包括课程内实践教学、专业技能培养体系、校内实践教学、校外实践教学等组成模块,能够全方位帮助学生做好专业准备,同时促进幼儿园在职教师、高校教师的共同专业发展,推进学前教师教育一体化进程。
Based on the cooperation between preschool normal colleges and kindergartens, the all-way practice teaching could provide chances for the prospective preschool teachers to be prepared well on the professional skills and wisdom. The colleges should do their best to construct the all-way practice of teaching mode according to their traditions and realities.
