本文以大连市为例,以部门调研法和实地调研法研究海滨丘陵城市盘活存量建设用地的途径,为海滨城市提高建设用地集约利用水平,缓解土地供需矛盾提供参考。

This article studies on ways of revitalizing stock construction land in Dalian city which is taken as an example of seashore hilly cities,and provides references about improving the level of intensive utilization in construction land and easing the tension of land supply and demand by the method of department investigation and spot investigation.
