国产氯吡格雷治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征临床疗效观察

The clinical curative effect observation of domestic clopidogrel in treating non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome

目的观察国产氯吡格雷(泰嘉)治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSTEACS)的有效性及安全性。方法选择符合条件的80例患者,分为对照组和治疗组,对照组采用进口氯吡格雷(波立维)+常规药物治疗,治疗组采用国产氯吡格雷(泰嘉)+常规药物治疗,观察治疗期间胸痛和心电图变化情况及药物安全性。结果胸痛在两组治疗后均较治疗前明显缓解,心电图ST段两组在治疗后较治疗前明显改善。但两组之间的疗效及主要副作用差异无统计学意义。结论国产氯吡格雷治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征疗效和进口氯吡格雷相当,副作用少,安全性高。

Objective To exam the efficiency and safety of domestic clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome.Methods 80 patients who were qualified for the requirements of this study were enrolled and randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group received the conventional treatment and domestic clopidogrel（Talcom）,while the control group received the conventional treatment plus the Plavix.Researchers observed the drug safety,angina as well as the ECG changes.Results Most of patients from both groups got cured from angina（P0.05）.ECG ST-segment got significant improvement（P0.05）,but differences of curative effect and main by-effect between two medicine was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion This study demonstrates that the effect of domestic clopidogrel for Non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome is equivalent to the Plavix,with similar low negative effect and high safety.
