推进“质量工程”建设 实现医疗型医院向教学型医院转变

Promote quality project construction and transform medical-based hospitals to teaching-based ones

作为医学院校的附属医院,承担着重要的医疗与教学任务。在从医疗型医院向教学型医院的转变过程中,我院抓住国家、省、校三级质量工程建设的契机,着眼于教学团队、特色专业、课程建设、教学改革与学习改革,极大地推动了医院角色转变的进程。

As a medical university affiliated hospital,the teaching task it undertakes is as important as its medical service mission.In the transformation process from a medical-based hospital to a teaching one,our hospital seized the three-level quality construction project opportunity initiated by national,provincial and school level.We focused on the construction of teaching team,feature specialties and curriculum,as well as the teaching and learning reform,which have greatly promoted the hospital role changing process.
