摘要 心房颤动是临床最常见的心律失常之一,其不仅影响心功能,而且增加脑卒中、心衰的危险性,近来研究表明其还可以成为独立的危险因素使患者病死率增加。目前的治疗方法有许多,药物、外科手术及导管手术在临床上都有一定的应用,
