不同添加剂对笋壳青贮发酵品质的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究不同添加剂对废弃笋壳青贮效果的影响,结果表明,添加0.5%丙酸或2.5 g.t-1乳酸能改善笋壳发酵品质,可以获得较理想的笋壳青贮饲料,添加酶制剂的2个处理发酵效果较差。
