摘要 介绍一种新型电化学用大功率脉冲电源的硬件原理及软件算法,它的特殊优势在于其多闭环反馈控制可实现(大惰性负载情况下)垂直方波,实现恒流制的任意值限压(包括负载突然断路瞬间输出电压限制到0)以及实现恒压制的任意值限流(包括负载突然短路时瞬间实现恒流)。近期已成功应用在铝合金阳极氧化和镀铜等工业技术领域。 The circuit principle and soft algorithms of the new big pulse power supply used in electrochemistry are presented. The special advantage of the multi feedback circle used in the algorithms is its ability to drive the power supply creating orthogonal current waves, and to realize the definition of the voltage at any point under constant current control (including definition of the voltage to 0 when the load is suddenly opened), and to realize the definition of the current at any point under constant voltage control (including constant current when the load is suddenly shorted). It is successfully used in Al Alloy Anodization.
