摘要
公共文化这一概念建构始于资本主义早期阶段的民主化进程,伴随资本主义近代民主化进程而形成的公共领域,在分化为政治公共领域和文化公共领域后,经由体制化而发展成为现代社会的公共文化。但是,基于公共文化具有全民参与共享和非营利的性质,实际上,人类社会的文化从诞生之日起就是公共文化,因而公共文化本质上是一种非生产性文化生产形态。在历史上,不同国家、民族、地区以及不同时期的公共文化有着形态和内容的差异。公共文化具有共享性、仪式性、差异性和建构性等特征。
The concept of public culture originated in the democratic process of the early capitalism.The public field formed with the modern democratic process of the capitalism later divided into the political public sphere and the cultural public sphere and then developed into the public culture of the modern society.However,given its civil participation and non-profit nature,the culture of the human society was public culture from its birth.Thus,public culture is the productive form of the nonproductive culture in nature.Historically,the public cultures in different countries,nations and areas are different in forms and contents.The public culture characterizes shareability,ceremoniality,variability and constructivity.
