摘要
现代远程教育的教育教学方式,手段灵活多样,且不断跟踪现代科学技术成果,将具有应用前景的前沿科学技术很快地直接转化为生产力,从而备受世界各国政府和企业界青睐。我国现代远程教育的发展和探索已有十年,政府在现代远程教育中具有什么职能,发挥什么作用,以更有利于现代远程教育的不断发展壮大,正是论文所要探讨问题。
Modern distance education, with network as means of educational media, has cultivated large number of personnel and served as knowledge reservoir for the industrial development. With flexible teaching methodologies and following closely the development of modern technologies, modern distance education has turned advanced technologies with application prospect into productivity, therefore it is well - acclaimed by governments and enterprises all over the world. Modern distance education has been developing in China for ten years. This article aims at probing into issues such as the functions and roles that the government plays in the development of modern distance education.
