摘要
以2005年至2009年贵州省地方科技成果登记的数量、水平、课题完成单位、课题来源、项目经费投入和课题完成人员学历构成情况等为依据,分析贵州省区域科技弱的原因,并提出了强化贵州省区域科技创新的对策。
The paper provides number, level, completed units, subject sources, program funds investment and qualifications of local scientific and technological registration achievements composed from 2005 to 2009. It analyzes the reasons why the regional science ＆ technology is weak, and prcposes some advices for strengthening the regional innovation of Guizhou province.
