摘要
通过结构方程模型的方法探讨魅力型领导、下属的信任与团队创新绩效三者之间的关系。研究结果发现:(1)魅力型领导与团队创新绩效显著正相关;(2)魅力型领导与下属的信任显著正相关;(3)相比下属的认知信任,魅力型领导与下属的情感信任相关度更高;(4)下属的信任对团队创新绩效显著正相关;(5)下属的信任在魅力型领导与团队创新绩效之间起着完全中介的作用。
In this paper, we use structural equation modeling to examine the relations of charismatic - typed leader, trust of subordinates and performance of team innovation. The results showed : ( 1 ) charismatic - typed leader is significantly related to performance of team innovation; (2) charismatic -typed leader is significantly related to trust of subordinates; (3) charismatic -typed leader is more closely related to subordinates' emotional trust than to subordinates' cognitive trust ; (4 ) trust of subordinates is significantly related to performance of team innovation ; ( 5) subordinates ' trust helps display mediating effects on the relationship between charismatic - typed leader and performance of team innovation.
