摘要 教师的工作态度影响教学及科研目标的实现,是高等教育管理中一个重要的"‘软"因素。论文分析高校教师群体特征,结合态度理论,总结出高校教师工作倦怠的影响要因,并建立教师工作态度激励模型,为高校教师工作态度管理和激励提供了基本管理框架。 The work attitude of teachers affect /he achievement of teaching goals, teaching quality and student learning outcomes. It is an important " soft" factor in higher education management. This paper analyzes the characteristics of college teachers, combined with attitude theory, demonstrates the essential factors affecting job burnout of college teachers, and establishes a management model of motivating college teacher attitudes.
