摘要
随着建设项目复杂性的不断增加,工程项目管理的工作难度也越来越大。而传统的项目管理者局限于细节问题,忽略了项目实际运行中因素之间的相互作用对项目整体的影响。论文通过系统动力学提供一种自上而下的、从战略层面来描述项目复杂系统的管理方法,与前者相辅相成。在分析系统动力学在工程项目管理中的优势之后,借助一个工程项目管理的实例来对其进行应用。
With the increasing complexity of the construction projects, the work of project management is more and more difficult. The traditional method of project management is a bottom - up one which often makes project managers confine to the details and neglect the influence of the interaction between the tasks on the whole project when running the actual project. Based on system dynamics, the paper provides a management method which is top - down and describing the complex system from the strategic point to complement the traditional method. After analyzing the advantage of system dynamics in project management, we apply it through an actual project management.
