三种Modal纤维微观结构及其赛络纱性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 探讨三种Modal纤维微观结构及其赛络纱性能。采用X-衍射仪和红外光谱仪研究了奥地利兰精Modal(MD)、泰国博拉Modal(BLM)和我国台湾Modal(FM)三种Modal赛络纱的微观结构,采用Instron 3365型强伸度测试仪测定了三种Modal赛络纱的拉伸性能,同时测定了其沸水收缩率、毛羽指数等服用性能指标,并从微观结构上对其性能进行了解释。结果表明:三种Modal纤维的主要化学成分都是纤维素,但MD的结晶度高于其他两种;MD的断裂强度高于BLM和FM;三种Modal纤维赛络纱毛羽较少,沸水收缩率也较小,均具有良好的服用性能。 Three kinds of Modal fiber Mierostruetures and sirospun yarn properties were discussed. X-diffraction and infrared spectrometer were used to research Austria Lenzing Modal (LM) , Thailand Birla Modal (BLM) and China Taiwan Formotex Modal(FM) sirospun yarn mierostruetures. Three kinds of sirospun yarn tensile properties were tested by Instron3365 strength elongation tester as well as shrinkage in boiling water, hairiness index et al,then the properties were analysed from aspect of mierostructure. The result shows that main chemical ingredients of three kinds of Modal fiber are cellulose. Crystallinity and breaking strength of MD is higher than BLM and FM. Hairiness and shrinkage in boiling water of the three Modal sirospun yarns are less, the wearability of three Modal yarns are better.
