为提高Autocoro 312型转杯纺纱机生产效率,通过制定合理的设备维修制度,实施设备技术改造,调整优化有关工艺设置,加强设备电气维修及接头小机保养,降低故障率,提高接头成功率等措施,最终使转杯纺生产效率达到了较好的水平,提高了企业经济效益。

To increase Autocoro 312 rotor spinning frame efficiency, equipment maintenance system was planed, technology modification was implemented, related processing were adjusted and optimized, electrical maintenance and small joint machine maintenance were strengthened, equipment failure was reduced ,joint success rate was increased, finally rotor spinning frame efficiency could reach better level and enterprise economic efficiency could be improved.
