摘要
基于止推轴瓦结构以及油膜形成机制,对MCL524-6离心式压缩机的止推轴瓦故障进行分析,提出修复止推盘、更换烧损瓦块和确保止推瓦进油量等解决措施。检修后压缩机止推轴瓦运行结果表明,轴瓦温度正常,装置运行平稳。
The failure of MCL524-6 centrifugal compressor thrust bearing was analyzed based on the thrust bearing structure and the film-forming mechanism, some solutions were proposed such as repairing thrust disc, replacing the dam- aged bearing pad and insuring the oil supply of thrust tile. The operation result of centrifugal compressor thrust bearing af- ter maintenance shows that the bearing temperature decreases to the normal level.
