摘要 从输电网功角失稳和配电网电压失稳的不同机理出发,对动态无功补偿装置在输、配电网络中不同配置进行了探索性的分析。对于输电网,根据系统失稳时临界割集处电压降低幅度大的特点,提出在输电网的临界割集或附近安装STATCOM装置,其原因在于STATCOM装置受端电压变化影响小,在功角失稳前电压降得很低时仍能提供较大感性无功功率;与STATCOM相比,虽然SVC与端电压的平方成正比,但对于配电网,由于电压失稳前电压不能降得太低,因此配电网中安装SVC装置较为经济可行。笔者对10机系统进行了动态无功补偿装置的配置。 Based on different mechanism of power-angle instability in transmission network and voltage instability in distribution network,different allocation of dynamic reactive compensating devices in transmission / distribution network was studied.As for transmission network,according to large extent drop of voltage in critical cut-set in time of power-angle instability occurring,fixing STATCOM devices around critical cut-set in transmission network was proposed.The reason is that STATCOM devices is less affected by terminal voltage change.STATCOM can still provide more inductance reactive power in time of voltage decreasing lower before power-angle instability.Compared with STATCOM,although SVC is proportional to the square of terminal voltage,but as for distribution network,because of small extent drop of voltage before voltage instability,therefore allocating SVC devices in distribution network is more economical and reasonable.Dynamic reactive compensating devices were allocated in 10-machina system.
