摘要
对输变电设备在线监测、带电检测技术及在中国的应用情况进行了全面总结分析,指出在线监测、带电检测技术及其应用中尚存标准规约有待统一、运行稳定性有待提高、维护管理有待加强等问题,并在此基础上,提出了应对对策和建议,以期为全面推进输变电设备状态检修提供参考。
In this paper,the on-line monitoring and live detection technologies of transmission and distribution equipment is summarized and analyzed including the application status in China.It is pointed out that,as to the on-line monitoring and live detection technologies,there are still some problems such as relative standards to be uniform,stable operation to be improved,maintenance and management to be strengthened.Besides,on this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to provide reference for the comprehensive promotion of the state maintenance of the transmission and distribution equipment.
