摘要
运用ADAMS软件建立了拉伸弯曲矫直机弯曲辊系的模型,重点对弯曲辊系的各辊接触进行了分析,仿真分析了各辊磨损对弯曲辊系稳定性的影响,为弯曲辊系的设计提供了理论依据,分析了各对称辊存在辊径差时对弯曲辊系的影响,当支撑辊辊径差较大时,工作辊质心位移在水平方向会出现周期性的波动,导致轧辊与带钢出现周期性的滑动,影响带钢的表面质量,严重时会导致带钢表面周期性明暗条纹。
The model of bending rolls of stretching bending straightener has been established adopting ADAMS software,with focus on analysis of contact between rolls of bending rolls,and simulation analysis of the influence of roll wear on stability of bending rolls has been conducted,which offers theoretic basis for design of bending rolls,and the analysis of the influence of the difference between rolls in diameter on bending rolls has been performed,when the back-up rolls are markedly different in diameter,the displacement of the center of mass of the working roll shall experience cyclical changes along horizontal direction and result in cyclical slide between roll and band steel,which adversely affects the surface quality of the band steel,even leads to cyclical dark stripe on band steel surface.
