摘要
针对莱钢1 500 mm宽带主轧机电机、润滑站等关键设备上频繁发生温度和振动等异常故障,研发了基于西门子工业以太网的在线状态监测系统,介绍了该系统的硬件配置、软件组态设计等,并对系统运行效果进行了分析。
Since 1500mm broadband rolling mill motor and key equipment of lubrication station of Laiwu Steel have been frequently experiencing abnormal temperature and vibration,the paper presents the on line state monitoring system based on Ethernet of Siemens and introduces the hardware configuration and software configuration design of the system and analyzes the system operation effect.
