摘要
被喻为"印度硅谷"的班加罗尔由于其在软件外包和近来生物技术等行业的卓越发展而成为亚洲创新型城市建设的典范。本文突破了以往指标化创新型城市研究的"同质化"解释对于未来潜在风险的漠视,而是采用了经济、知识和社会资本的生产与分配的框架对班加罗尔创新型城市建设的成功经验以及创新与可持续创新的断裂,创新与城市其他职能的断裂,以及全球化和本土化的断裂等现象进行了解释,并以此号召在创新型城市的建设中对社会资本的生产和多重资本的分配给予更多的关注。
The "India's Silicon Valley" Bangalore which achieves great progress in the development of software outsourcing as well as recently the bio-technology industry has been considered as one of the model of Asian innovative cities.This paper breaks though the traditional indicator-based study of innovative city to avoid the homogenized explanation of best practice and the ignorance of the potential future risk of development.A production and distribution of economic-knowledge-social capital analytical framework is raised to interpret Bangalore's experience of success as well as the split of innovation and sustainable innovation,the innovative and other functions of city,along with the global and local context.Finally,this paper calls for more attention should be paid to the construction of social capital and distribution of multi-capitals in the construction of innovative cities.
