摘要
提出了基于地理信息系统(geographic information system,GIS)的大规模配电网可靠性评估方法。为简化数据存储方式及提高搜索速度,提出了配电网设备分类方法及树形编码方式,利用GIS中设备的电房属性实现配电网拓扑结构搜索,利用设备的树形编码判断设备的上下游关系,并据此提出了转供判断方法,最后在可靠性计算中还考虑了预安排停电的影响。算例结果验证了该方法的有效性。
A geographic information system (GIS) based method to evaluate reliability of large-scale distribution network is proposed. To simplify the storage mode of data and accelerate the search, an approach to classify distribution equipments and a tree-type encode mode are proposed; by use of electric attributes of buildings equipped with primary equipments in GIS, the search of topological structure of distribution network is implemented; by use of tree-type coding of equipments, the upstream and downstream relations of equipments can be judged, and on this basis a method to judge the load transfer is put forward. Besides, in the calculation of reliability the influence of predisposed service interruption is taken into account. Case calculation results show that the proposed method is effective.
