公众低碳消费模式的影响因素模型与政府管制政策——基于扎根理论的一个探索性研究 被引量:241

摘要 公众日常消费模式对二氧化碳等温室气体的排放具有重要影响。加强对公众的引导和管制,促进其转向低碳消费模式已成为一个亟待解决的重大课题。通过深度访谈,应用扎根理论探究影响社会公众在日常消费过程中实行低碳消费模式的深层次因素。结果发现,低碳心理意识、个体实施成本、社会参照规范和制度技术情境这4个主范畴对低碳消费模式存在显著影响。低碳心理意识是前置变量,个体实施成本是内部情境变量,社会参照规范和制度技术情境是外部情境变量,但它们影响低碳消费模式的方式和路径并不一致。在此基础上,本研究探索了上述4个主范畴的构成因子及其对低碳消费模式的作用机制模型(即意识—情境—行为整合模型)。本文的研究可以为政府制定有效的管制政策以转变公众消费行为模式提供针对性的政策思路和实施路径。
