摘要
针对地铁不锈钢点焊车体的结构特点及不锈钢材料的力学性能,建立车体有限元分析模型,依据相关标准计算车体有限元模型在规定工况下的应力分布及变形。计算结果与试验数据比较表明,有限元分析结果与试验数据基本吻合,为车体结构的进一步优化改进提供了参考依据。
Based on the structural characteristics of the spot welding stainless steel metro carbody and the mechanical properties of the stainless steel,the FEM model of the carbody was established.And the model was calculated under some regulated cases according to relevant standard to come out with stress and displacement distribution.Comparing simulation and expermental results,it was shown that these two results are nearly consistent with each other.Such results provide a reference for the further optimization of carbody structure.
