摘要 研究次生床层对流化床性能的影响,文章着重对比研究了次生矸石床层形成前后流化床垂直和水平方向的压降、密度分布的变化。结果表明:有次生矸石床层时,流化床垂直方向密度差值变小,同样重量、不同粒级组成的次生床层下,流化床上下层密度差值均小于68mg/cm3,粒级6~13mm∶13~25mm∶25~50mm为7∶2∶1配比时差值最小,仅17mg/cm3,床层的分层现象明显减弱,床层密度均匀性得到一定程度提高,床层流化质量得到改善。 In order to study the secondary bed simulated with different mixing ratio of coal rejects affected to the performances of the fluidized bed, the paper had a comparison study on the variation of the pressure drop and density distribution in the vertical and horizontal direction of the fluidized bed before and after the secondary coal rejects bed formed. The results showed that when there was a secondary coal rejects bed, the vertical density difference of the fluidized bed would be getting small and under the secondary bed consisted of the same weight and different particles, the density difference between the top and bottom of the fluidized bed would be all less than 68 mg/cm^3. When the particle ratios were 6 - 13mm, 13 -25mm and 25 -50mm, the difference would be minimum and only 17mg/cm^3. The separating phenomenon of the bed was obviously reduced, the homogeneity of the bed density was improved in certain degree and the fluidization quality of the bed was improved.
