摘要
从建设工程中较为常见的"三超"现象出发,分别从监理单位、建设单位以及法律法规三个不同层面角度,分析了目前实际工程中建设监理投资控制工作缺失的原因以及加强建设监理投资控制的必要性。并结合监理实际投资控制工作中普遍遇到的问题,提出了加强建设监理投资控制的措施建议,为今后监理能够深入开展投资控制工作和完善我国监理投资控制制度提供参考。
Through themore common phenomenon ＂three super＂ of construction project, it analyzes the reasons for the lack of investment control and the need to strengthen investment control in current practical construction projects respectively from different angles of supervision units, owners and laws and regulations. Combining with the commonly encountered problems in the job of investment control, It also points out themeasures of strengthening investment control for construction supervision in order to provide reference for investment control and improve the control systems of supervision in the future.
