摘要
为帮助维护人员现场排查故障,以S3C2440及嵌入式Linux为开发平台,提出了一套用于某装备的信号检测仪设计方案。该系统基于Client/Server架构,以侦听的方式接入被测网络,实现多种信号(数字量、模拟量、电平信号)实时采集,信号特佂图形化动态显示,基于智识库的故障诊断与定位等功能。前端机软件基于Matlab,实现路径、通信、交互管理及数据分析;后端机在嵌入式平台控制下对信号在线录取,并将结果以数据报文发送至前台进行分析处理。实验结果表明,该系统可以满足功能、性能要求,且成本低廉。
To help maintenance staffs shooting trouble live,a design and implementation method of signal detection system for shipborne equipment is presented,developed on S3C2440 and embedded Linux platform.This system is based on C/S network architecture.It collects serial,parallel,switching and analog signals when the tested equipment is running,displays the logic relationship of signals by graph,and diagnoses fault occurring in the equipment.The client-end is developed with Matlab to manage analysis data.The server-end is used to acquire on-line signals.This embedded system can meet the requirements of function and performance at a low cost.
