摘要
CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道采用的水泥乳化沥青砂浆与CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道采用的CA砂浆相比,具有弹性模量、抗压强度高的特点,两者在搅拌、灌注工艺上也存在较大差异;砂浆原材料类型、环境条件、搅拌设备等对水泥乳化沥青砂浆的工作性能、力学性能和耐久性能均产生较大影响。结合沪杭铁路客运专线CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道工程施工实例,介绍了水泥乳化沥青砂浆拌制、运输及轨道板封边、预湿、砂浆灌注等工序的施工方法。
Cement emulsified asphalt mortar for CRTSII ballastless track slab has higher elastic modulus and compression strength than CA motor for CRTSI ballastless track slab,both of which have large differences in mixing and grouting process.Motor material,environmental condition and mixing equipment all have a greater impact on the working performance,mechanical property and durability of cement emulsified asphalt mortar.Combined with the construction example of CRTSII ballastless track slab of Shanghai-Hangzhou Passenger Dedicated Line,the construction methods for mortar mixing,transportation and slab edge sealing,pre-wetting and mortar grouting are separately introduced in this paper.
