少阳三焦膜系病机探讨

中医少阳理论包括手少阳三焦和足少阳胆,两者在生理、病理上密切联系。其中,三焦概念相对模糊、抽象。"三焦膜系"一词是在总结和提炼数十年临证经验上提出的,用以尝试性地解释"三焦"的含义,使其从无形到有形,并引《内经》《难经》《伤寒论》经文以论证三焦膜系的生理病理特点。三焦膜系可分为外通性膜系和内通性膜系,它的形成和形态结构不但与肾、心、肺、肝、胆等脏腑功能关系紧密,且与一身气机、营血循行、感邪伏藏等密切相关,以上各个层面在疾病证候中通过三焦膜系实现相互影响和病机演变。故三焦膜系概念多用来分析归纳复杂证候的病机,外邪多首犯外通性膜层,日久可侵入内通膜层,导致血运受碍,心肝失调。总之,膜系损伤,常为疾病发生的开端,又为疾病发展的终点。

The TCM theory of Shaoyang includes triple energizer of Hand-Shaoyang and gallbladder of Foot-Shaoyang,and they connect each other closely both in physiology and pathology.The concept of triple energizer is relatively obscure and abstract.Triple energizer membrane system is raised on the base of summarizing and refining author＇s clinical experience for several decades,which tries to explain the meaning of triple energizer and makes it become from abstract to concrete.The physiological and pathological characteristics of triple energizer membrane system were proofed according to the words in Neijing,Nanjing and Shanghanlun.The author thinks that triple energizer membrane system can be divided into two systems,outside connective membrane system and inside connective membrane system.The formation and structure of triple energizer membrane system are closely related to not only the functions of kidney,heart,lung,liver and gallbladder,but also qi movement,circulation of nutrient and blood,and attacking and hiding of pathogens.They influence on each other and develop in syndromes at all levels through triple energizer membrane system.The concept of triple energizer membrane system is commonly used to analyse and sum up the pathogenesis of complicated syndromes.External pathogens attack firstly the outside connective membrane system,and then the inside connective membrane system in course of time to induce the obstruction of blood circulation and disorder of heart and liver.The damage of triple energizer membrane system is both beginning and terminal point of development of a disease.
