越鞠汤加减治疗气滞痰阻型糖耐量减低患者临床观察

Treatment of impaired glucose tolerance of type of qi stagnation and phlegm retention with modified Yueju Decoction

目的观察越鞠汤加味对气滞痰阻型糖耐量减低(IGT)患者的疗效。方法将90例气滞痰阻型IGT患者,随机分为空白组(30例)、中药组(30例)、西药组(30例),分别给予基础治疗、基础治疗+越鞠汤、基础治疗+阿卡波糖,观察3组患者治疗后血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、胰岛功能及脂代谢、体重指数(BMI)等的变化,评价各组IGT患者的转归情况。结果与空白组比较,治疗后中药组及西药组餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、HbA1c显著减低,胰岛素(INS)有所升高(P<0.01);中药组及西药组血胆固醇(TG)、甘油三酯(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、BMI明显改善(P<0.05)。中药组与西药组正常糖耐量(NGT)转化率明显高于空白组(P<0.05)。结论越鞠汤加减可以显著改善患者糖耐量异常及胰岛功能,纠正血脂代谢紊乱,在一定程度上可以使IGT患者向正常糖耐量逆转,疗效与阿卡波糖相当。

Objective To observe the curative effect of modified Yueju Decoction on impaired glucose tolerance（IGT） of type of qi stagnation and phlegm retention.MethodsThe patients of IGT of qi stagnation and phlegm retention（n=90） were randomly divided into the blank group（n=30）,Chinese medicinal group（n=30） and Western medicinal group（n=30）,and was,respectively,given the basic treatment,basic treatment and Yueju Decoction and basic treatment and acarbose.The changes of plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin（HbA1c）,insulin function,lipid metabolism and body mass index（BMI） were observed,and the outcomes of three groups were reviewed after the treatment.ResultsCompared with the blank group,the levels of 2-hour postprandial blood glucose（PBG） and HbA1c decreased significantly and insulin（INS） increased（P0.01）,and the indexes of triglyceride（TG）,total cholesterol（TC）,low-density lipoprotein（LDL） and BMI were improved significantly（P0.05） in the Chinese medicinal group and Western medicinal group.The transformation rate of normal glucose tolerance（NGT） was higher in the Chinese medicinal group and Western medicinal group than that in the blank group（P0.05）.ConclusionModified Yueju Decoction can relieve IGT,improve insulin function and correct the disorder of lipid metabolism.It can reverse IGT to normal glucose tolerance to a certain degree and the curative effect is as same as acarbose.
