图书馆立法是图书馆事业兴旺发达的保障,本文通过对世界主要发达国家图书馆立法情况的介绍,探寻了其中的一些有益经验和规律,以期能对国内图书馆立法有所启示。
Library legislation is the guarantee for the success and development of library undertaking.Based on the description of the legislation in libraries of the major developed countries in the world,this article explores their beneficial experiences and rules in an attempt to provide some inspirations for library legislation in China.
