高龄及高危前列腺增生患者的TURP治疗(附38例报告)

目的 提高高龄及高危前列腺增生症患者的手术治疗效果，总结经验。 方法 对３８例患者进行 Ｔ Ｕ Ｒ Ｐ（ 经尿道前列腺电切术） 。 结果 一次电切者３７ 例，二次电切１ 例，术后平均随访１４ 个月，排尿通畅。 结论 高龄及合并症不是 Ｔ Ｕ Ｒ Ｐ 的绝对禁忌证。

Objective To present 38 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia ( B P H) in high risk pa tients treated by T U P R. Methods 38 B P H patients of advanced age were treated by T U P Rand havebeen follo wed up for an average of 14 m onths . Results Satisfactory result has been achieved in all. Onlyone patient needed a second surgicalprocedure . Conclusions Advance age is not an absolute contraindica tion for T U R P. Surgicalindication should be strictly follo wed and essentials of the surgical procedure werepresented .
