PbO-B_2O_3-CuV_2O_6掺杂对(Pb,Ca,La)(Fe,Nb)O_3陶瓷微波介电性能的影响

摘要 研究了PbO-B2O3-CuV2O6(PBC)玻璃对(Pb,Ca,La)(Fe,Nb)O3(PCLFN)陶瓷微波介电性能的影响。当纯PCLFN陶瓷在1 150℃烧结,介电常数rε=103,品质因数与频率之积Qf=5 640 GHz,频率温度系数τf=7.1×10-6/℃。PBC玻璃添加剂能降低PCLFN陶瓷的烧结温度到1 050℃左右,同时能保持良好的介电性能。随着PBC玻璃添加量的质量分数从1.0%增加2.0%,陶瓷的Qf值减小。掺杂w(PBC)=1%玻璃、在1 050℃烧结的陶瓷样品,能获得良好的微波介电性能为Qf=5 392 GHz,τf=8.18×10-6/℃,rε=101。 The effects of PbO-B2O3-CuV2O6(PBC) glass on the microwave dielectric properties of(Pb,Ca,La)(Fe,Nb)O3(PCLFN) ceramics have been investigated in this work.When the pure PCLFN ceramics were sintered at 1 150 ℃,the dielectric constant εr of 103,Qf of 5 640 GHz and τf of 7.1×10-6/℃ have been obtained.The sintering temperature of the ceramic specimens with the PBC glass additives was reduced to 1 050 ℃ without the degradation of microwave dielectric properties.The Qf value was decreased with the increasing PBC content from 1.0% to 2.0%.For the specimens with 1.0% of PBC glass sintered at 1 050 ℃ for 3 h,εr,Qf and τf were 101,5 392 GHz and 8.18×10-6/℃,respectively.
