摘要
采用STC12C5A60S2单片机控制超声波测距模块和减速步进电机,利用超声波的反射特性进行360°范围的距离测量,结合温度补偿算法计算系统到被测物体的距离和相对速度。系统使用nRF24L01无线通信芯片将测得的数据传输给计算机,在计算机中用Visual Basic编写的终端监控程序进行数据处理和图像显示,并控制系统的旋转角度、测量频率和测量范围。
Single chip microcomputer STC12C5A60S2 was used to control ultrasonic distance measurement module and gear stepping motor in this paper.The reflection characteristics of ultrasonic wave was used to measure distance in the range of 360°;the distance and relative velocity between the system and measured object was calculated with temperature compensation method.At the same time,wireless communication chip nRF24L01 was used to transfer measured data to computer.Visual Basic was used to process data and display image in terminal monitoring program,so as to control the rotation angle,measuring frequency and measuring range of system.
