摘要
目的研究血清肿瘤标记物Scc、β2-MG对肺鳞癌的诊断价值和临床意义。方法将研究对象分组,实验组为肺鳞癌组,对照组为良性肺病组。分别采用免疫浊度法、电化学发光法检测血清β2-MG、Scc,测定值用t检验,率比较用卡方检验。二者相关性分析用Spearman等级相关分析。结果敏感性:β2-MG高于Scc(P<0.05),联合检测高于单一检测(P<0.05)。特异性:Scc高于β2-MG和联合检测(P<0.05),β2-MG与联合检测无明显差异(P>0.05)。准确性:β2-MG高于Scc(P<0.05),联合检测高于单一检测(P<0.05)。Scc和β2-MG无相关性。β2-MG血清浓度达到正常范围上限六倍时,累计频率为92.20%。结论联合检测可提高肺鳞癌诊断的敏感性和准确性。β2-MG肺鳞癌诊断敏感性和准确性高于Scc,Scc和β2-MG无相关性。
Objective To investigate the value and the clinical significance of squamous cell carcinoma antigen(Scc)and β2-mi- croballoons protein (β2-MG) in the diagnosis of sqamous cell lung cancer. Methods The patients were divided into two groups: the sqamous cell lung cancer group and the benign lung disease group. The electric chemisty irradiance and inmunity nephelometer was re- spectively used to examine blood serum β2-MG and Scc. Levene' Test was used to detected the homogeneity of variance test Satterthwaite test or the same variance used t-test was used to detected the difference variance. The sensitive rate, the specificity rate and the accuracy rate comparison were examined by Chi-square test. Spearman correlation analysis was used to analysis the correlation of β2-MG and Sec. Results The sensitive rate of β2-MG was higher than that of Sec ( P 〈 0.05 ). The combined examination was higher than β2-MG( P 〈 0. 05). The specificity rate:β2-MG was the same as combined examination (P 〉 0. 05). The union examination and β2-MG was lower than Scc( P 〈 0.05 ). The accuracy rate:β2-MG was higher than Scc (P 〈 0.05 ). conbined examination was higher than β2-MG and Scc ( P 〈 0.05 ). The spearman correlation analysis : β2-MG and Scc had no correlation, they could be used to united examination. The serum tumor markers of Scc was six-fold than normal level, the cumulative percent was 92.2 percent. Conclusions Combined examination of β2-MG and Scc may improve sensitive and accuracy in the diagnosis of sqamous cell lung cancer. β2-MG and Scc have no correlations.
