摘要
急性肺损伤(acute lung injury, A L I)是由一系列局部或全身因素造成的肺实质弥漫性损伤,临床特征为非心源性肺水肿、严重低氧血症和肺顺应性下降。尽管目前已经积累了大量的肺损伤生理和细胞方面的资料,但其发病机理依然不清。本文总结了近期肺损伤机理方面的研究进展,重点阐述了 A L I的病理生理、肺细胞的损伤机理和损伤后的防御及修复,为 A L I的临床预防和治疗提供依据。
Acute lung injury (ALI) is a syndrome characterized by noncardiogenic pulmonary edema, severe hypoxemia, and reduced lung compliance, which is induced by a variety of local or systemic insults to the pulmonary parenchyma. Despite the accumulation of abundant information regarding the physiologic and cellular basis of lung injury, its mechanism is unknown up to now. The purpose of this review is to summarize recent progress that have been achieved in study on ALI, with stress being put on the pathophysiology, injury to pulmonary cells in ALI and resistance to damaging or repair of pulmonary cells after ALI, thus providing the the basis for climical prevention on and treatment of ALI.
