摘要
P92钢是制造1 000MW超超临界压力发电机组的重要钢种之一,对其焊接性进行了研究。比较了P92钢和P91钢的裂纹敏感性和焊接工艺要求,通过电厂实例分析了P92钢焊接头易出现的问题,如裂纹、焊口根部氧化及成型不良、焊缝硬度及组织异常等,指出P92钢焊接质量控制要点是预热温度、层间温度、焊接热输入量、热处理温度以及热处理设备的系统误差等。
P92,the weldability of which is studied,is one of the steel types for producing 1 000 MW ultra supercritical pressure generating units.The cracking sensibility and requirements on welding procedures of P92 steel and P91 steel are compared,and problems that easily arise in welded joints,such as cracks,oxidation at the root of welded junctions,deformation,abnormalities in weld hardness and weld structure and otherwise are analyzed via examples in power plants.It is indicated that the essentials for welding quality control of P92 steel are preheat temperature,interlayer temperature,heat input for welding,heat-treatment temperature,system errors of heat-treatment equipments and the like.
