摘要
为提高水电机组的一次调频技术水平,以广东电网一次调频运行管理规定为例,探讨了水电机组的一次调频动态品质规范。结合实际,指出了已有理论响应目标计算公式的不足,给出了考虑调速器控制模式和人工转速死区类型的详细计算公式;分析了出力响应指标对评价开度调节下调速器一次调频动态品质的影响,指出应以被控制量的滞后、上升和稳定时间来考核相应模式下调速器的一次调频动态品质,并建议在开度调节模式下优化受水力影响明显的机组的一次调频动态品质。
In order to raise the standard of primary frequency regulation for hydropower unit,the paper discusses specification of primary frequency regulation for hydropower unit by taking operation and management regulations for primary frequency regulation in Guangdong power grid as an example.On the basis of the practice,the paper points out the shortages of existing theories in responding to targeted calculation formulas and it recommends specific calculation formulas regarding control modes of speed regulator and types of artificial speed deadband;The paper analyzes effect of output response index on evaluating dynamic characteristic specification of primary frequency regulation of speed regulators under opening control mode,and it indicates that dynamic characteristic specification of primary frequency regulation for speed regulators should be evaluated in light of time of retardation,rise and stabilization.Moreover,dynamic characteristic specification of primary frequency of units seriously affected by waterpower is suggested to be optimized under opening control mode.
