摘要
铁路客运专线施工中路基土方工作量越来越大,对路基的压实质量要求越来越高,施工进度越来越快,传统压实度检测方法已经很难满足施工需求并及时指导施工作业。压路机智能压实检测系统是通过压路机自身对工作状态和压实效果进行判断,从而对压实过程进行自动检测控制。智能压实检测系统应用到路基施工中可以减少甚至取代传统压实度检测,节省检测时间,减少人为的误差,如能正确、有效地加以利用,既可保证路基施工的压实质量,又可大大提高施工效率。
The roadbed earthwork workload is bigger and bigger in construction of the passenger special line railway projects, and the quality of roadbed compaction is more and more demanding, with the speeding of construction progress. The traditional test method of compaction degree cannot meet construction requirements and guide construction in time. The in- telligent roller compaction test system is to judge the working status and compaction effects by itself and carry out automatic test control on the compaction process. The application of this system to roadbed construction can reduce or even replace traditional compaction degree tests, save test time, and reduce manmade errors. If implemented correctly and effectively, it can ensure the compaction quality of roadbed construction and greatly increase construction efficiency at the same time.
