复胃健脾煎剂对模型大鼠胃癌癌前病变的影响

Effect of Fuwei Jianpi Decoction on Gastric Precancerous Lesion in Model Rats

目的:观察复胃健脾煎剂对模型大鼠胃癌癌前病变的影响。方法:实验分为4组,即空白对照、模型、复胃健脾煎剂、维酶素组。采用N-甲基-N-硝基-亚硝基胍(MNNG)联合胃窦部内置弹簧复制胃癌癌前病变模型。检测血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α和白细胞介素(IL)-6含量,取胃组织进行HE病理染色,检测胃黏膜厚度,计数胃黏膜扩张腺体。结果:复胃健脾煎剂能显著降低模型大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-6含量(P<0.01或P<0.05),显著降低黏膜厚度(P<0.01),减少黏膜扩张腺体数(P<0.01)。结论:复胃健脾煎剂能抑制胃癌癌前病变,其机制可能与调节TNF-α和IL-6水平有关。

OBJECTIVE：To study the effect of Fuwei jianpi decoction on gastric precancerous lesion in model rats.METHODS：The rats were divided into four groups：model control group,model group,Fuwei jianpi decoction experimental group,vatacoenayme group.The models of rats with gastric precancerous lesion were induced by using N-methyl-N-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine（MNNG） and placing a spring in pylorus.The contents of tumor necrosis factoralpha（TNF-α）and interleukin-6（IL-6） in serum were detected.In addition,the stomach tissues of all rats were dyed by HE staining,and the thickness of gastric mucosa was detected.The number of expanded glandular organs in gastric mucosa was counted.RESULTS：Fuwei jianpi decoction could decreased the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum（P0.01 or P0.05）.The thickness of their gastric mucosa was lowered（P0.01） and the number of expanded glandular organs in gastric mucosa was decreased（P0.01）.CONCLUSION：Fuwei jianpi decoction can inhibit gastric precancerous lesions,which may be associated with the regulation of the level of TNF-α and IL-6.
