乳核宁片的质量标准研究

Quality Standard of Ruhening Tablets

目的:建立乳核宁片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中三七、青皮、漏芦、当归进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定乳核宁片中芍药苷的含量。结果:TLC鉴别专属性强,阴性对照无干扰;芍药苷进样量在53～530 ng范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.46%,RSD=0.88%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于乳核宁片的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE：To establish the quality standard of Ruhening tablets.METHODS：Panax notoginseng,Citrus reticulata,Rhaponticum uniflorum and Angelica sinensis in prescription were determined by TLC.The content of paeoniflorin in Ruhening tablets was determined by HPLC.RESULTS：TLC identification exhibited good specificity without the interference form the negative samples.The linear range of paeoniflorin was 53-530 ng（r=0.999 8） with an average recovery of 99.46%（RSD=0.88%,n=6）.CONCLUSION：The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Ruhening tablets.
