丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Danhong Injection in the Treatment of Unstable Angina

目的:系统评价丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:查阅中国知网全文数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库网络版2000年1月至2010年4月公开发表的丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的随机对照临床试验文献。采用RevMan 4.2软件对纳入的试验结果进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入12篇文献资料,治疗后2组临床症状改善的差异有统计学意义[OR=4.01,95%C(I2.80,5.76)];治疗后2组心电图改善的差异有统计学意义[OR=2.60,95%C(I1.98,3.41)]。结论:丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛有显著效果,值得临床推广使用。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate clinical efficacy of Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina using meta-analysis.METHODS：Retrieved from CNKI full text database,Wanfang database,VIP and CBM online version,RCTs about Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina published from January of 2000 to April of 2010 were collected.Meta-analysis of included trials was performed using RevMan 4.2 software.RESULTS：12 literatures were included.There was significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptom between two groups after treatment [OR=4.01,95% CI（2.80,5.76）].The difference between the two groups in ECG improvement was statistically significant [OR=2.60,95%CI（1.98,3.41）].CONCLUSION：The effect of Danhong injection in the treatment of unstable angina is significant,so it is worthy of clinical use.
