摘要
企业海外并购作为一种重要的企业产权的资产性交易形式,已经成为我国企业海外投资的一种主要形式,它对我国的经济发展起到了积极的推动作用,但并购当中却充满了风险,因此我们也应采取相应的防范对策,这样才能更好地控制它。
Overseas M A as an important form of asset transactions of property rights, has become a major form of China＇s overseas investment,which has played a positive role in promoting China＇s economic development.But it was full of risk in M A,therefore,we should also take appropriate preventive measures,so as to better control it.
