网络群体性事件的概念考量

随着互联网的发展、社会热点问题的涌现,网络群体性事件在我国呈现不断增加的趋势,然而对于网络群体性事件的概念研究仍存在诸多不足,阻碍着对网络群体性事件的深入研究。文章在探讨网络群体性事件词语的褒贬性之后,从网络群体性事件的主体、客体、行为方式及政府的规制性方面加以考量,提出了网络群体性事件的概念是网民就具有不确定性的社会热点问题在网络环境中发表看法、交换意见、集聚思想并需要政府予以规制的事件。

With the development of the Internet,the emergence of hot social issues, the network group events showed a rising trend in China,however,there are still many deficiencies in the research of the concept of network group events, impeding the in -depth study of network group events.After the judgment of terms of network group events,considered from the subject,object,behavior and government regulations of the events, proposed the concept of network group events is the event that Internet users express their views,exchange views,gather ideas and need the government to regulate in a network environment on hot spots of society with uncertainty.
