摘要
近年来,我院的发展规模空前扩大,2004年与辽宁省中药研究所合并后,历经4年成功搬迁新校区,资产的扩张和负债的增加,为固定资产管理提出了新的课题,如何理顺资产整合、配置、使用,合理有效的配置校内资源,促进学院资产结构、布局的优化,保障资产的安全和完整,防止资产流失,闲置和重复购置,实现资源共享,保障资产的增值保值,发挥资产的最大效益,为我院可持续发展服务,必须依托行政事业单位固定资产管理的有关规定,借助行政事业单位固定资产管理软件,创新固定资产管理模式,提高固定资产管理水平。
In recent years,the development of our college has been unprecedentedly expanded.After the merger with Liaoning Institute of Chinese Medicine in 2004,after the successful relocation of new campus for 4 years,the expansion of assets and the increase of liabilities put forward new subject for the fixed asset management. How to rationalize the integration, configure and use of assets,rationally and effectively allocate resources in our college, optimize the structure and layout of college assets,protect the security and integrity of assets,prevent the loss,idleness and repeated acquisition of assets,share resources,protect and preserve the value of the assets,play the maximum benefitsof the assets and serve for sustainable development of our college must be based on the relevant provisions of the fixed asset management of administrative institutions with the fixed asset management software of administrative units,innovate fixed asset management model and improve fixed asset management.
