论政法干警试点班的培养目标与教学形式

On the training objectives and teaching forms of law enforcement and police officers of pilot class

政法干警招录培养体制改革试点工作开始以来,全国实施了专科、本科、研究生三个层次的政法干警培养体系。本文认为,只有明确政法干警试点班的培养目标,有侧重地采取不同的教学形式和教学方法,才是推动政法干警教育工作行之有效的途径。目前正在实施的政法干警试点班的共同培养目标,是以培养业务素质高和实战能力强为核心的应用型、复合型人才为培养目标;但各层次试点班的培养目标应有所区别:专科重实战能力,本科重"应变"能力,研究生重前沿和理论。在教学形式上可采用"团队学习"式教学,"案例研讨"式教学,"现场研究"式教学来实现。

since the beginning of pilot training system of recruiting law enforcement and police officers,implement the law enforcement and police officers training system of three levels of the specialist,undergraduate and graduate.The writer argues that only specifying the training objectives of law enforcement and police officers of pilot class and taking different teaching forms and teaching methods,is an effective way to promote education in law enforcement and police officers.The common objective being implemented in pilot class of law enforcement and police officers is to develop applicated and complex personnel with high business quality and combat capability,but the training objectives of pilot classes at all levels should be different： the specialist should focus on combat capability,the undergraduate on response capacity and the graduate on front and theory.The teaching forms can be achieved by ＂team learning＂ teaching,＂case study＂ teaching and ＂field research＂ teaching.
