36例乳腺肿块的彩超声像分析

36 Cases Analysis of Color Doppler Ultrasound Image of the Mammary Tumours

目的探讨高频彩色多谱勒血流显像(CDFI)超声对乳腺肿块诊断的临床应用价值。方法本文回顾性分析36例经高频CDFI检查诊断并经手术及病理证实的乳腺肿块。结果高频CDFI诊断36例肿块中,实质性34例,囊性2例;良性肿块24例,恶性肿块12例。良恶性肿块除2例与手术病理不符合外,总符合率为94.44%(34/36)。高频CDFI超声对乳腺彩色血流的检出率为88.89%(32/36)。结论高频CDFI超声检查方法可做为乳腺肿块诊断的首选方法之一,对乳腺肿块的物理性质、良恶性的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要临床价值,并对临床选择治疗方法有指导意义。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of clinical application of mammary tumours of color doppler flow imaging（CDFI）.Methods Study 36 patients with CDFI inspection diagnosis and approved by surgery and pathology confirmed of mammary tumours.Results CDFI diagnosis in 36 cases of lumps,substantial in 34 cases,cystic in 2 cases,benign tumour in 24 cases,malignant tumours in 12 cases.Benign and malignant tumour except two cases with does not conform to surgery and pathology,the total coincidence was 94.44%（34/36）.Color doppler flow imaging（CDFI） color doppler detection rate of mammary gland bloodstream is 88.89%（32/36）.Conclusion CDFI ultrasound examination method can be high frequency as the preferred method of diagnosis of mammary tumours.CDFI has an important clinical value of clinical treatment decision method.In physical properties,benign and malignant of mammary tumours.
